Moving More for Mental Health

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (13th-19th May) is 'Movement: Moving More for our Mental Health’.

Movement is of course a potent and highly accessible tool for significantly enhancing our mental and physical health, making it a brilliant topic to address.

Elevate your organisation as one that takes active steps to improving mental health with these ways to mark Mental Health Awareness Week at your workplace:

Movement for Mental Health

A 60 minute highly interactive workshop designed to support participants to make the commitment to healthy movement, empowering them with a practical toolkit to use movement throughout the day to support mental health.

Bite-Sized Movement Rituals

A 5-part video series designed as a practical guide to infusing movement throughout the day including a morning movement ritual for energy, a tech stress release, mood booster routines, an anxiety antidote and a pre-bedtime wind-down ritual.

Yoga and Pilates Classes

Yoga and pilates help to release physical stress and tension, as well as increasing resilience and emotional wellbeing by teaching the ability to relax and calm the nervous system. We offer a variety of classes, including ‘Anti-Desk Yoga’.

A Sustainable Approach to Mental Health at Work

Beyond the theme of this year’s event, it’s also a great time to review your overall mental health at work strategy.

Our training and support programmes are designed to eradicate stigma, prevent distress and promote flourishing.
