Chris Hardy

Chris is a leadership coach and wellbeing consultant. Chris believes that work should be nourishing for everybody, and that a healthy team is the foundation of a healthy business.

Chris has been a lead trainer at Work Well Being for 6 years and is known for his innovative and effective approach to training and delivery. He’s passionate about workplaces (even if remote!) becoming better places to be, where more effective and meaningful work can be done.

His work is rooted in a diverse range of experience accumulated over the past 15 years including certification as a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, a certified yoga instructor and meditation teacher, and 12 years experience as a coach
