Lauren Currie
Lauren is a qualified Iyengar Yoga Teacher who understands how to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or level of fitness.
After three years training to become a yoga teacher alongside a busy corporate job, Lauren knows how powerful yoga is for busy working professionals. Not only in dealing with aches, pains and repetitive strains from desk work, but in providing mental rest bite and managing stress.
Lauren’s classes focus on alignment, for freedom in the body (and mind). She enjoys supporting organisations with the well-being of their staff, witnessing the immediate post yoga affect - calm and rejuvenated staff more able to tackle the rest of the day.
