Smarter working is no longer about efficient time management, but all about focus management.

In this workshop, we introduce this new concept of focus management not only to boost our performance but also to support our health and wellbeing.

We share how to create a virtual frontier between work and play, exploring the concepts of presence, focus and leaving work at work.

We share strategies for charging your inner battery for resilience and how to bring efficiency to your work/life model through improved communication at work and at home.

Learning how to create periods of undistracted work where you can focus deeply on a single topic is, in many roles, essential to producing value. We’ll explore practical techniques like communicating with your colleagues about how best you can support each other to focus better, or delineating the time and space that you need each week for ‘deep work’ in an effective and respectful way.

Participants will leave with a set of tangible techniques to boost focus and efficiency and find a balance that supports both work challenges and social/family life.
