When we consider confidence boosters, positive self-talk or positive thinking often come to the top of the list. This workshop challenges that thinking. In fact, this session will get you out of thinking mode all together and back into your body, committed to a compassionate pace.

In this session, we will guide you how to get your brain onside, via practical means beyond just positive mindset, we’ll get the heart involved by identifying alignment using the galvanising nature of your strengths and values, and share innovative ways of using the body via movement, posture and breath-work to reclaim a feeling of embodied confidence.

Participants will leave feeling empowered with a fresh perpsective on what it means to feel confident and a practucal toolkit to achieve this.

  • Understand the basics of how to cultivate constructive thought and deal with unhelpful thinking

  • Gain clarity on what matters to you as a human being and how tapping into our strengths and values builds confidence

  • Learn new ways of moving your body to soothe your nervous system and improve your posture, and breathing techniques to help you pitch up with self-trust.

  • Learn a 3 step process to boost your confidence: head, heart and body, culminating in reflection on new commitments to self.
