Nature’s Tonic

We instinctively know that there is something about the quiet calm of nature that is contagious. Scientific studies are being released every year suggesting that spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Today we are seeing a new field of research called Eco-psychology bringing us tangible evidence that Nature is not only nice to have but it's a have-to-have for physical health, cognitive functions and even societal development. Being connected with nature improves your mood, reduces feelings of stress and anxiety, improves your physical health as well as your creativity and confidence.
