Wellbeing psychology research shows us that a sense of purpose matters. We live longer, are healthier and have a greater sense of success.

A strong sense of purpose acts as a rudder to keep us on track especially when the seas are stormy. It helps us make choices, steer a clear path through life and notice more the opportunities that help us get where we want to go. It can also be viewed as a modern day pre-occupation that keeps us ever dissatisfied and striving for the impossible.

In this workshop we broaden our perspective and dispel some of the myths on what purpose is and its importance.

We take a look at the underlying concept of values as a unifying force for all the areas of your life, and how to connect with your own personal values.

We then walk through a six step enquiry to help you identify where you are in relation to purpose, in order to identify clear areas of focus.

Participants will leave with a four point model to work from now and use in the future as you and your life’s circumstances evolve.
