Supporting Managers to Develop More Effective Team Relationships

Managers play a vital and protective role in creating a psychologically safe culture where everyone thrives.

Positive relationships with team members are crucial for managers to develop trust, build rapport and truly understand the needs of their team.

Without the relevant skills and awareness, 121s and challenging situations can often feel tricky to navigate and leave both manager and employee feeling unsatisfied, misunderstood or lead to unnecessary conflict.

Overview

Suitable for managers

In this training we provide insight and practical strategies that will enable managers to foster closer working relationships with their team members that lead to increased effectiveness and wellbeing.

Crucially, the training course is underpinned with a message that a manager’s own wellbeing is top priority, both in regard to modelling positive behaviours to others and also in terms of taking the best care of themselves.
