Financial Wellbeing Habits

Financial pressure has a direct impact on mental wellbeing and performance. One in four workers are currently losing sleep over their finances, resulting in poor concentration and a huge impact on productivity and absenteeism.

Overview

Suitable for all staff

Our introductory ‘Financial Wellbeing Habits’ workshop provides an alternative to prescriptive and formal financial advice, seeking to bridge the engagement gap between people and the financial education and support that they.

The workshop takes a look at the positive financial wellbeing habits and behaviours that we would all benefit from adopting. This includes learning how to create and live with a budget, how to negotiate, how to save and better manage debt.

We look at how financial wellbeing links to our wider wellbeing, and share practical tools for managing money worries.

The workshop also provides the practical skills of how to have honest conversations about money, exploring individual attitudes to money and some of the myths and taboos that exist.

We also offer a workshop which looks directly at the current cost of living crisis, exploring how to prepare for times of increased financial pressure and what help is available if you’re in need of it.
