Navigating Change & Uncertainty

Despite being an inherent part of life, change & uncertainties systematically trigger a negative cycle of resistance that affects both our wellbeing and performance. Even when it is for a better, brighter future, nothing can alter the fact that change is hard on individuals, on your teams and on your organisation.

The better individuals are able to go with the flow, adapt and stay positive, the easier it is for them to present their best selves and live their best life at work and at play.

Overview

Suitable for all staff

The workshop explains what is automatically happening in our body and our brain when we are facing change, setbacks and uncertainties and how this impacts our emotional states, behaviours and performance.

Once you understand how your brain works when facing change, you can start to work with it rather than despite it. We will introduce a new and positive cycle of change to support wellbeing and performance. The workshop teaches how to step back, take stock, restore emotional balance and start to find a way through.

Participants will leave the workshop with a set of tangible tools and strategies to embrace change, foster creativity and optimism, bounce back from difficulties, to shift from difficult emotions to a place of calm and to keep on going with confidence.
