Never has it been more important to prioritise making sure we keep ourselves in good shape not only physically but also on the inside, in our inner worlds. We need to consider all the different aspects of what gets things done in life, our energy.

This workshop addresses what we can do to make the most of our most precious personal and shared resource, this human energy. We break the concept of human energy down into four types - physical, emotional, mental and social-spiritual, and look at what drains and boosts each of these four ‘batteries'.

We use the NEEDS model to explain how to take care of our physical energy and share science-based ways to cultivate cognitive clarity and emotional calm. We also explore what feeds our overall sense of wellbeing and success so we can stay on track.

Participants will have the chance to take part and ask questions, and will leave inspired and equipped with ways to take care of themselves, recover from challenges and stay on top in these challenging times.
