Pilates is great for improving posture & mobility, which makes it especially relevant for those of us who sit at desks for long periods of time, or find it hard to incorporate physical movement into our daily lives.


Overview

 

Suitable for all staff

Our Pilates classes introduce staff to exercises that release tension and promote blood flow to the brain which in turn increases mental capacity, leaving them feeling invigorated for the rest of the day .The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.

Classes are 60 mins in duration and can be conducted either virtually or in person at your workplace. Mats will need to be provided.
