It is our firm belief that yoga is for everyone, regardless of physical fitness or age.

Overview
Suitable for all staff
Our yoga classes introduce staff to the basics of yoga postures, healthy alignment and breath techniques.
The classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students, as adaptations will be made to ensure all are welcome.
Classes are 60 mins in duration and can be conducted either virtually or in person at your workplace. Mats will need to be provided.
