This session is suitable for people at all levels of leadership and is best suited for teams or team leaders / managers. We’ll begin by looking at how to identify levels of resilience within a team. We’ll teach a short diagnostic tool to give you a sense of the current levels of resilience you’re working with and then teach you practical strategies for immediately improving key areas.

We’ll look at key communication methods that help enable resilient teams; these include ways to come together and explore uncertainty and being OK thinking together when things are unknown or not clear. Often resilience means a capacity to be OK with not having the answers. Resilience is also a taught capacity to handle complexity.

We’ll teach methods for thinking and making sense of work that specifically build your team’s capacity for resilience. We’ll look at the ways a team can build resilience into its regular operating rhythms and systems. This means being great at coaching each other, being OK asking difficult questions, and showing supportive and open body language to those we work with.

These three main areas will equip your team with the necessary resilience to tackle issues coming their way.
