The workshop explores why parenthood impacts work values - and what every manager needs to know. It shares practical strategies for how and why to focus on boundaries not balance, and how to reduce working parent guilt.

The workshop also shares time efficient strategies to manage your energy and explains the meaning and impact of the ‘second shift’ and mental load, and how to navigate this with greater ease.

Participants will leave with a practical toolkit to support greater feelings of wellbeing and focus, and fosters all important shared connection and understanding with colleagues.
