Well Man: Mental Health

It is increasingly clear that one of the most pressing health problems we are currently facing is an increase in conditions categories under “mental health”. A silent and often invisible epidemic, presenting mostly as anxiety, addictive behaviours, depression and, more recently, body image difficulties, is costing businesses in the UK around £33 billion a year. And there’s the immeasurable short and long-term costs to men, women and their families.
