The strategies shared include how to use the breath to calm your mind, focus your attention, and develop willpower. You’ll also learn why prioritisation is essential to effective work and two simple strategies to do this well. We take a look at the psychological impact of unfinished tasks and how these stop us from recovering, and what ‘Deep Work’ means and how to create sessions in which you optimise your productivity.

You will learn the theoretical underpinning of these concepts as well as practical techniques on how to implement new ways of working immediately.
