This workshop will help you cope with adversity and stress while fostering a positive mindset and emotional wellbeing.
The workshop takes a modern approach to resilience putting it into practice. We’ll learn to upgrade our self-awareness around our levels of resilience and to notice when we might need to take a break or change our approach.
As leaders in your organisation we'll focus on strategies that you can incorporate into how you lead and manage your people. You’ll learn practical strategies for increasing your window of tolerance AND for improving this in those around you. Your teams will be able to handle more stress, in a better more effective and productive way as a result of this workshop.
We’ll look at the importance of being well resourced as a leader within your organisational system; with specific outcomes on how you can create a state of resourcefulness for yourself and your team.
