Without healthy boundaries in place we can find ourselves in a place of overwhelm and dissatisfaction, pulled by the needs and demands of others, or distractions of the external world, without any clear sense or value on our own needs and priorities.

This workshop explores what healthy boundaries are, why we need them and how to cultivate them.

Participants have an opportunity to identify the underlying beliefs that can keep us stuck in frustrating patterns and builds both the language to articulate our boundaries and practical tools to boost energy and confidence in honouring our boundaries - with ourselves and others.

Boundary management is not something that just happens in our heads, we can also draw on the power of posture and movement to support us. As psychologist and yoga teacher, Suzy is uniquely placed to offer this holistic approach.
