This workshop teaches how to be at your most productive and effective professionally without letting your technology come in the way of a healthy life.

The workshop introduces a number of topics such as how to regain control of your attention, the importance of a good news or social media ‘diet’ and how to not let your tech get in the way of your sleep. We’ll look into the importance of setting good boundaries around technology and also what it means to create agreements across teams in how you’ll all use technology that enable more creative and productive work to take place.

You’ll learn what taking ‘proactive breaks’ looks like so that you can return to work refreshed and how to minimise email so that you and your colleagues can do more ‘deep work’. We’ll also take a look at why an ergonomically designed workspace is essential to your wellbeing and how to face some of the key challenges in working from home.
