Harnessing our Bodies for a Healthier Mind

We all know it: what happens with our bodies affects our state of mind and conversely, our state of mind inevitably shows up in our bodies too. From stress and weight gain to long term health problems and depression, it’s really no surprise when we recognise that our nervous system is simply a part of our bodies, always communicating and impacting on the rest of us.
